Camera Rental Terms

📋 Rental Agreement

By renting any camera from Vello Vista Empire, you agree to the following terms:

  • You must be 18 years or older to rent
  • A valid security deposit is required (RM 200–300 depending on model)
  • You are responsible for the equipment from pickup to return
  • Late returns incur additional charges at the standard daily rate
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received

Deposit is refunded within 3–5 working days after equipment is returned in good condition.

⚠️ Damage & Loss

In case of damage or loss:

  • Minor scratches: repair cost deducted from deposit
  • Major damage: full replacement cost charged
  • Lost/stolen: full replacement cost charged
  • Water damage (if not using provided dive case): full replacement cost

Replacement cost: X5 = RM 2,500 | Ace Pro 2 = RM 2,000 | Ace Pro = RM 1,200

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Camera Rentals:

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of deposit
  • 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: Deposit forfeited

Rescheduling:

  • Free rescheduling if requested 48+ hours before pickup
  • Subject to availability

Every camera rental comes with:

  • 256GB Extreme Pro SD card
  • 2x batteries (fully charged)
  • Basic mounting kit (chest mount / side mirror / tripod)
  • Diving case (for X5 / Ace Pro 2 — waterproof up to 10m)
  • USB-C charging cable
  • Carry pouch

Optional add-ons: Extra battery (RM 10), delivery (RM 15–30 depending on location)

Kawasaki ZX25R Rental Terms

📋 Rental Agreement

By renting the Kawasaki ZX25R, you agree to the following:

  • You must be 18+ with a valid motorcycle license (Class 2B or equivalent)
  • Security deposit: RM 1,000
  • Valid ID / passport required at pickup
  • Rider must wear helmet and protective gear (helmet provided)
  • Maximum 1 rider per rental (no pillion without prior approval)

Deposit is refunded within 3–5 working days after bike is returned in good condition.

⚠️ Damage & Loss

In case of damage or loss:

  • Minor scratches/dents: repair cost deducted from deposit
  • Major damage: full repair cost + downtime charges
  • Total loss / theft: full replacement value (RM 25,000)
  • Crash due to rider negligence: rider liable for all costs

Track use is NOT permitted. Bike is for road use only.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Bike Rental:

  • 72+ hours before pickup: Full refund of deposit
  • 48–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund
  • No-show: Deposit forfeited

Rescheduling:

  • Free rescheduling if requested 72+ hours before pickup
  • Subject to availability

⛽ Fuel & Mileage

  • Bike is provided with a full tank
  • Must be returned with a full tank (or fuel charge applies)
  • No mileage limit for rentals 3 days or less
  • Long-term rentals (7+ days): 200 km/day limit, excess at RM 0.50/km

Insurance:

  • Basic third-party insurance included
  • Personal accident coverage NOT included
  • Rider is responsible for any traffic violations

Homestay Terms

📋 Booking & Check-in

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Self-check-in via smart lock (code provided 1 day before)
  • Maximum occupancy: 1BR = 3 guests, 2BR = 6 guests
  • No additional guests without prior approval

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Homestay:

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund
  • No-show: Full booking amount charged

🏠 House Rules

  • No smoking inside the unit (RM 200 cleaning fee)
  • No parties or events
  • No pets allowed
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Please keep the unit clean and tidy
  • Turn off AC and lights when not in use

⚠️ Damage & Liability

  • Guest is responsible for any damage to the unit or its contents
  • Normal wear and tear is acceptable
  • Report any pre-existing damage within 2 hours of check-in
  • Lost keys/access cards: RM 100 replacement fee

We recommend using the provided dive case for water activities to avoid water damage charges.

Yes. You must have a valid motorcycle license (Class 2B or equivalent) and be at least 18 years old. A valid ID or passport is required at pickup.

No. The ZX25R is for road use only. Track use is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of your deposit and liability for all damages.

The bike is provided with a full tank. You must return it with a full tank, or a fuel charge will be deducted from your deposit.

Yes! We offer delivery within Klang Valley for RM 15–30 depending on location. Delivery fee is paid separately and is non-refundable.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Self-check-in via smart lock — the access code is sent to you 1 day before check-in.

Yes, with the following conditions:

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A RM 200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
